The Man Behind the Cin
James' passion and vision for Ceylon was ignited during his travels to Italy and Spain, embracing the slow-paced mornings spent enjoying pastries with family and friends. Ceylon is dedicated to recapturing the unhurried mornings cultivated by good company gathering to enjoy coffee and delicious pastries. Ceylon embodies the heart of a family-driven business produced in a rapidly expanding home kitchen.
Alongside James, the visionary and chef, Ceylon is supported by his wife, Megan, as well as powered by the support from several family members who help with the delivery of our products. With our continued growth, we are rapidly expanding beyond the walls of our home kitchen. We look forward to continue to pursue ways to extend our services as we grow.
